Registration Fee 
Conference registration is mandatory for all attendees, including paper/case/poster presenters, to ensure comprehensive participation in all sessions and activities. The registration fees for Indian participants is ₹ 1000 (including GST), and for international participants it is USD 25 (including GST).
The registration fee includes one Conference Kit, Lunch, Gala Dinner, and Refreshments. Please note that the registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements.

Best Paper, Cases & Poster Award
The conference will declare one best paper and poster on each of the category. The awardees will be recognized during the conference and conferred with a memento and a certificate.

Call for Papers & Poster 
IIHMR, Jaipur cordially invites submissions that delve into the theme "Global Health Management Research Conference (GHMRC 2026)" and related subjects, with a focus on advancing theoretical insights in this pivotal domain. Scholars are encouraged to submit abstracts (within 300 words) of their research. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to submit full papers. GHMRC 2026 accepts submissions exclusively online via email at ghmrc@iihmr.edu.in
Guidelines for submission of Abstract, Full paper or Poster
- Abstract should be within 300 words. Abstracts for Articles/ Cases/Posters must be submitted through respective QR codes given below on or before 5th January 2026. Abstract should contain (a) Background, (b) Aim/Objective of the article/case/poster, (c) Materials and methods, (d) Results, (e) Conclusion and (f) Not more than 5 keywords
- Poster: A draft poster concept must be submitted along with the abstract. Selected abstracts must submit the soft copy of the final poster layout (6 ft × 4 ft) on or before 31st January 2026. Posters will be presented in person during GHMRC 2026 before the selection panel.
- Full Papers/Case Studies should not exceed 5,000 words. Selected abstracts must submit the soft copy of the full paper/case study on or before 31st January 2026. Presentations will be made in PPT format during GHMRC 2026, either in person or online, before the selection panel.
- Registration: All authors of selected papers/cases /posters must complete registration (?1,000/-via digital payment) on or before 31st January 2026. Certificates and cash awards will be presented
- For the Abstract, Poster and the Full Paper must adhere to American Psychological Association (APA) style is the 7th edition, which was introduced in 2020 for format and citations. Font size – Times New Roman, 12 font for body text.
Publication Opportunities
Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review and re?nement process. Depending on factors such as originality, methodological rigor and alignment with the theme, submission will have various publication opportunities. Articles will be published in one of the following categories based on their quality-

Guidelines for Submission of Research Paper or Poster
- Papers and posters should be original and not previously published.
- Paper Submissions should include a title, abstract, keywords, and a full paper.
- All papers and posters will be peer-reviewed by a panel of international and national experts in the field.
- Authors of selected papers will have the opportunity to present their research at the conference and have their work published in various reputed avenues.
- Kindly send the paper or poster in softcopy in the email at ghmrc@iihmr.edu.in
- Contributors must provide their affiliation, complete postal and email address, and mobile numbers. In case there are two or more authors, the corresponding author’s name and contact details should be indicated on the first page.
- The best paper and poster for each plenary session will be awarded during the closing ceremony to be held on February 15, 2026.
